The Delighted Eye: Exhibition at the Wisconsin Institutes for Medical Research

Delighted_eye

THE DELIGHTED EYE will feature works from UW-Madison’s Tandem Press, a publisher of contemporary fine art prints that is a self-supporting unit of the Art Department in the School of Education. Founded in 1987, Tandem Press was designed to foster research, collaboration, experimentation, and innovation in the field of printmaking. The McPherson Eye Research Institute, founded in 2005 to advance critical knowledge about the science and art of vision and apply it to the prevention of blindness, similarly promotes research, collaboration, experimentation, and innovation. We are delighted to bring these UW-Madison entities together in our developing campus gallery space. (Note that we plan to hold a formal gallery dedication event later this year.)
